About Me

I am Dipl.-Inf. (FH) Jochen Kuhn – a specialist in Auto-ID technologies with profound technical expertise and many years of practical experience. My focus lies in supporting companies in selecting optimal RF-based identification- and sensor-systems and integrating them into existing infrastructures. My goal is to develop tailored solutions that enable businesses to unlock the full potential of modern Auto-ID technology.
Background

Born in 1974 in Pforzheim on the edge of the Black Forest, my enthusiasm for technology and craftsmanship was shaped early on. My father was my first mentor and taught me not only technical understanding but also values such as reliability, precision, and dedication. In the tradition of my grandfather Ewald Zemla, I completed training as a communications electronics technician specializing in automation technology. His visionary mindset continues to influence my professional philosophy today. After completing my training, I deepened my technical expertise by studying Technical Computer Science at Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences. In my diploma thesis titled “Development of a Microcontroller System with CAN Bus Interface for Acquiring and Processing Analog Sensor Data,” I designed an intelligent sensor data acquisition system. This work was honored by the VDE Southern Bavaria at the Bavarian State Ministry — recognition that significantly shaped my professional path.
Profession

Following my studies, I entered the renewable energy sector, where my microcontroller system was implemented in wind turbines. During this period, I realized that technology not only optimizes processes but can also drive meaningful transformation. Today, I possess extensive expertise in Auto-ID technology. My professional journey is defined by innovation, consistency, technical excellence, and the conviction that well-designed solutions create lasting impact.
